About Madison

As a caring and experienced caregiver with a passion for nurturing children's growth, I'm dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for your little ones. My decade-long experience has equipped me with the expertise to care for children of all ages. I currently work as a pediatric nurse at Vanderbilt in float pool which essentially means I have worked every pediatric floor including NICU, cardiac ICU, and PEDS ER. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, regularly providing updates on their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns. I love exploring various play options From outdoor activities to educational activities that cater to different interests and promote learning. I also am available to help at night especially with newborns and overnight care. My training in the NICU has helped me to establish sound sleep routines and feeding schedules to ensure both baby and parents are getting the sleep and recovery they need!
