About Makinzie

Hello, my name is Makinzie and I am 22 years old. I am currently in school working on my degree in mathematics and work full-time as well. Despite my seemingly hectic schedule, I am always looking to keep myself busy and love working with children! I have 5 years of experience in childcare, ranging from babies to pre-teens. I previously worked as a party coordinator at a children's store and an instructor at a daycare so I have lots of experience with children of all ages. I am looking for a part-time position and my rates start at $15/hour for one child. I'm CPR certified, have taken online courses in child development and can offer tutoring services as well. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing crafts, baking, outdoor activities and encouraging independent time. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. I look forward to meeting you!
