My experience in senior care were at a nursing home called four chaplains. There, I assisted with activities, meals, cleaning, and engagement in conversation, keeping them company. I also assist with these things and more with my grandparents. I believe the elderly deserves help and lots of love even if it's from someone they don't know too well. It's always a pleasure making their home feel like home & making sure they are happy and satisfied with my duties.
