Marge was in our employ from November 2022 through November 2023. She was hired to take care of my 92 year old dad who suffers with congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation on blood thinners, COPD, mobility issues, and urinary retention with a chronic indwelling Foley catheter. Marge provided excellent, trusted, reliable care with kindness, compassion and competence. Her years of experience showed, as well as her strong work ethic. EVERY morning, Monday through Friday like clockwork, Marge texted me with dad's daily weight, intake and output log, and vital signs so we could determine his dosage of diuretics and blood pressure meds for the day. Monitoring and managing his fluid balance, medications, diet and Foley catheter were integral in keeping him free of infection, breathing easy and out of the hospital. We are very grateful to Marge for that. I am an RN living 2000 miles away and trusting Marge with her daily assessments and care was a blessing to our family. In addition, Marge is a wonderful cook and kept my dad on a strict , very low salt diet during the week, and stocked the freezer with delicious, cooked meals for my parents to choose from on the weekends. We were so blessed to have Marge for the year. Even dad's doctor was amazed at how well he was doing under Marge's care. Don't hesitate to hire Marge, and your loved one too will thrive.
