We hired Mara as our regular cleaner for our short term rental listing. Mara is kind, dependable, and reliable; however, communication was challenging due to a language barrier. As rental hosts, we have a specific cleaning checklist based on our standards, which Mara sometimes found difficult to follow. She also mentioned that some missed tasks were due to her helper's mistakes. When we began evaluating her cleaning, she abruptly decided to leave. Don’t get me wrong, she’s a reliable cleaner, kind and sweet, but her reluctance to accept feedback made the overall experience a 4/5.
