About Marcelle

I'd describe my personality as Kind, Empathetic, Warm I love working with kids because I've been doing it my whole life and have loved every second of it! S Since I was 13, I've helped my mom with my little sister since she was a baby (and I still continue to now, at 9). At church, Moms would ask me to change their babies, calm their babies down during church services, and I've also worked in the daycare field for almost 3 years now. I've volunteered at Vacation Bible School during summers, and baby sat for family friends. I officially started working with kids at the age of 19, working part-time at a daycare while attending college. In my spare time, I like to listen to self-help podcasts, play piano, and talk to my family, as I am very family oriented. I am a huge advocate for empathy. It's important for me to validate children's feelings. I am open to criticism and willing to do some chores as well.
