About Marci

I love to clean and organize and make sense out of a space. I was born this way and I keep learning better ways to make a house a welcoming, functioning haven. My keen interest in cleaning started at about 10 years old when I noticed the dirt that had accumulated on our indoor air conditioning unit. My mom said to my friend after I had vacuumed every last speck of dust, "Marci's starting to notice dirt." She was wrong. I had been noticing and cleaning it for a long time. My nightgown served as a handy dust rag for end tables and my nightstand. My aunt used to hire me to clean her house when I was 13. I would stay in the bathroom for two hours, scrubbing everything, including light fixtures. Call me obsessed. I have become much more efficient over the years. My specialty is whatever bugs you the most. It's hard to clean when there are "extra" things orphaned around the space so I can help you figure out how to give homes to all those things.
