I recently became a Certified Nurse's Assistant, I am also certified by the Red Cross in Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED. In addition to also being Certified in Pediatric, First Aid, CPR, and AED. I have experience in bathing, dressing, making sure personal hygiene routine is followed, changing oxygen tanks, ambulating, supervising all meal activities, including feeding residents, toileting, and all other details of caring for the elderly. I am trained in taking vital signs, taking blood pressure, respiration, pulse, and taking temperature. I helped take care of a variety of residents with a number of ailments: broken hip, stroke, heart attack, IUD's, pressure sores, residents that could not feed themselves and resident in hospice. I enjoyed working with the elderly, and found it to be very rewarding. I feel blessed to be able to provide this kind of very special care for anyone including the elderly.
