About Maria

Hello! I am a college graduate with a psychology degree and have background of knowledge of child development. I am an experienced childcare professional. I have a history of working with children with special needs as an RBT (behavioral therapist). My goal is to provide a developmentally appropriate, safe, and enriching environment for kids to thrive. I am also CPR and First Aid certified for your child's safety. With a history in the field of ABA and social work, patience, adaptability, and kindness are my specialty. I'd describe my personality as caring, hardworking & honest. I like working with kids because they are genuinely fun to be around and I think everyone can learn a lot from them. We as adults usually overthink and complicate things compared to kids who have a much simpler outlook. I enjoy getting to watch them explore the world and grow into their own person with their individual personalities. My skills include patience, creativity & my CPR/First aid certification!
