I have been a pet-parent and caretaker to a menagerie of pets throughout my lifetime, and animals hold a special place in my heart. I'm experienced with many kinds, from fur to feathers, young and old, anxious to passive, and understand the importance of adjusting methods of care to the needs of the individual animal. I'd describe my personality as nurturing, reliable, friendly. I like working with animals because I enjoy the bond and connection we have with our pets. They rely on us and in return provide unconditional love and companionship. I'm looking for a job that fulfills the needs of the pet, the pet owner and myself. I started working with animals as a young girl taking care of horses in exchange for riding. In my spare time, I like to read, exercise and cook... and of course hang out with my pup! One thing you should know about me is I am trustworthy, compassionate and conscientious. My skills include safety, reliability, and one on one interaction.
