Mariam started working with us when our daughter was just 6 months old, and she has been an invaluable part of our lives ever since. As our daughter now heads off to preschool, we are sadly saying goodbye to Mariam, but we wholeheartedly recommend her to any family seeking a dedicated and experienced caregiver. During her time with us, Mariam has demonstrated exceptional skills in all areas of childcare. She expertly helped us sleep train our daughter, introduced her to solids, and guided us through the potty training process. Mariam is highly knowledgeable about various childcare techniques and is always respectful of the parents' preferences and methodologies. Her ability to seamlessly blend her expertise with our wishes has been incredibly reassuring. Mariam speaks three languages fluently: English, Russian, and Georgian. This multilingual ability has enriched our daughter's development and provided a diverse cultural experience. Mariam's creativity and energy are boundless. She constantly comes up with engaging activities, including visits to different playgrounds, museums, drawing, singing, and reading. Our daughter has thrived under her care and guidance. In addition to her childcare skills, Mariam has been a tremendous help with light housekeeping. She is proactive and always offers to assist wherever she can. Her trustworthy and caring nature has made her an indispensable part of our household. Mariam has a 4-year-old son and has previous experience working in daycares. She is comfortable and adept at managing multiple children, which is a testament to her patience and skill. She is also an excellent driver and has safely taken our daughter swimming and to the beach. Mariam holds CPR and HHA certifications, further ensuring our daughter's safety.
