About Mariana

I am a bilingual caregiver with a diverse background and a passion for writing. My first formal experience in childcare was as an Au Pair 10 years ago, where I took care of fabulous twins full time for two years. Afterwards, I have non-continuously worked as a nanny and babysitter for different families with children from 6 months to 10 years old. Some of my daily duties have been: -Following parenting rules and schedules related to outdoor activities, sleeping and food habits. -Ensuring children were in a clean environment and changed them as needed. (Diaper change, baths). -Preparing meals and snacks. -Potty training. -Promoting a bilingual environment (Spanish and English). -Planing outdoor activities with children including story time, visits to parks and museums, and playground time. -Playing with children indoors. I just published my first bilingual children's book and would love to work full time for my audience.
