I am a certified nursing assistant. I went to school at PG community college where I got my nursing assistant certification and I took the nursing assistant exam I have my license. I have work in long term care facilities, hospital , dementia unit, rehabilitation unit. I take care of patient by assisting with activity of daily living. Help patient with bathing feeding, personal hygiene, maintains a clean and safe environment. Established professional and productive relationship. Keep patient information confidential. Assist patient by serving meals, feeding, ambulating , turning and re-position. Assist patient with travel to the bathroom and help with shower, oral care and dressing as needed. Provides patient with personal hygiene such as bedpan, urinals, shampoo and shaves. Assist with transportation. Take and record pt vital signs. Assist pt with there meal make sure they have there correct food specify by there doctor or dietitian
