About Maria

I'd describe my personality as patient, easygoing, and loving. I like working with kids because I think it's wonderful to watch them develop and learn on their own, if I can do anything to contribute to that I would love to! I'm looking for a job that is consistent and dependable, good and open communication is an important factor. I started working with kids in an elementary school in 2013; I worked there for 6 years. I've raised 4 children of my own, and I began working as a caregiver in 2020. In my spare time, I like to take care of my pet chickens, go to the gym, and garden. One thing you should know about me is that I would care for your child as though it was my own. I understand the trust it takes to leave your child under the responsibility of someone else, so if I can provide comfort or help in any way I'd be grateful for the chance. My skills include patience, being open-minded, and developing a healthy routine.
