I have experience caring for animals (cats, chickens, dogs) which have extended from one day to more than a week. When I was a teenager I would take care of several of the neighbors pets quite often while they were away. More recently, I cared for 4 chickens, 1 dog and 2 cats for more than a week. I am careful to follow instructions for the care of the animal, make sure they get exercise every day and are happy and well-taken care of. I would consider staying over night depending on the circumstances. I am also comfortable taking in daily mail, watering plants, tidying up and other chores around the house. I enjoy the company of animals and find them to be fulfilling while also making sure that they are happy campers too. While I only have experience watching dogs, cats and chickens, I would be open and willing to caring for other types of animals.
