I have 15 years of experience. I always focus on a detailed house cleaning job performed. I am very meticulous and I have special attention to details in everything that I do. I usually charge flat rates instead hourly and my rates are very fair and reasonable accordingly with the quality level of the job performed. If I replied to your job even living far away from you it means that I already have a customer nearby that I can deal with on the same day of your visit and make arrangements to combine and make both of you happy. I will consider any type of suggestion, advices and preferences that you require to be performed in your cleaning. I provide my own cleaning supplies and equipment but I am open to use yours if preferable. I am fully insured and bonded cause I really care about your house and your requirements. I will be more than happy to listen and follow whatever you want to add in your job specifications. I already have a list of chores that I include in my cleanings.
