About Marilyn

I'd describe my personality as funny, caring, and smart. I like working with kids because they have a childlike spirit. They're expressive, explorative, and creative. I'm looking for a job that is fulfilling and allows me to have a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I started working with kids in 2009 when my sister needed to go to her appointments I helped care for my 3 nieces and 1 nephew and played a major role in her support system. In my spare time, I like to self care. Read a book, learn new things, watch tv shows, go to the Pearl and paint, take a walk at the park or go on a hike, have coffee with friends, spend time with family. Overall just have a good time! One thing you should know about me is I'm a Registered Nurse but taking a break from bedside to explore other areas, I'm creative, selfless, BLS certified, can cook, and love to teach. Your kids will be in good hands. My skills include being observant, responsible, and nurturing. I'm very flexible!
