About Marit

I am multi-lingual, fluent in both English and French and moderate in Mandarin. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Chapman University as a member of Phi Beta Kappa and with a degree in Political Science as well as three minors in Creative and Cultural Industries, Chinese, and the Honors Program. Prior to university, I attended the Lycée Francais de Chicago from K-12 (full French immersion, following the French curriculum). I graduated with highest honors and received a 17. 76 on the French OIB Baccalaureate. I also received a 5 on the AP French language exam as a high school freshman. I equally have a strong dance background training pre-professionally. I have 2 years of education/teaching experience working both at the collegiate, high school, and young child levels. I a currently am a children's dance, gymnastics, and yoga teacher as well as a French language tutor.
