I have always loved hanging around older people because they have such a wealth of amazing stories to tell. I was a companion to an elderly woman with dementia for a little while, but they had to let me go because she was getting violent and was moved to a different floor. I really had a lot of fun with her and would like to start doing it again. Both of my parents had dementia, and we're in assisted living for the past year. They have both since passed away but dealing with them taught me how to go with the flow to make them happy. I am a very laid-back, soft-spoken woman, I am always happy and It takes a lot to ruffle my feathers! I look forward to hearing from those needing a companion for a loved one. Sincerely, Marsha
