I'm an honest, loyal, sincere, kind and patient person who desires to assist those in need to enhance their day and quality of life. Each and every sunrise is a fresh start and new beginning. I'll promote a healthy lifestyle but if you are not interested then I understand. I'm extremely clean, neat and organized as well as a great listener. I know that being outdoors is very beneficial to the body and mind. It also reduces stress and promotes good sleep. So if you are able to journey outdoors I say let's do it! (weather permitting of course) I have many years of experience caring for seniors and I enjoy every minute of it. I'm told that I have a beautiful spirit.
