Hello, I am looking for a full-time position where I can provide assistance with day-to-day tasks, care, and company for your young family member. I have worked as a homecare provider for over 6 years, working with patients with varying degrees of function and mobility. I am comfortable assisting kid patients who use wheel and/or power chairs including those who have lost of independent mobility; feeding tubes, diminished brain function, communication through a device managing medications, impaired vision (including completely blind), and supporting dietary needs As part of a patient's care-team I am comfortable tracking and reporting vitals, and interfacing directly with other medical support staff to help make sure all healthcare providers and caregivers are fully informed. Beyond direct patient care I am happy to support my clients with companionship, transportation, homecare, and preparing meals.
