As European RN I perform all jobs RN's-LVN's-CNA's for the last 40 years. I adapt to each family's routine with kindness and a smile. My clients had all kind of Dementia related disorders, disabilities like Parkinson's, MS, ALS, Alzheimer's, Diabetes, Cancer, mobility issues and so much more. Many of my assignments start with companion care, but unfortunately increase along their journey. I attended four years of schooling in Germany and have 45 years (24 in the US) practical knowledge of providing every need my patient face. Previous clients ask to help as their personal assistant and housekeeping duties, as well as driving them wherever they needed. As a trained nurse I look closely that my client is save and well care for. I am what you would call, a 'hands-on-nurse' and I do not shy away from hard work. Punctuality guides my life.
