Martinique was a joy to have as a nanny for my daughter. She was kind, patient, and open to learning how to care for my daughter that were consistent with my gentle parenting style, including baby asl. She did her absolute best to follow all the instructions I gave her. I work from home and she was careful to be mindful of noise and commotion. Martinique was on time and communicative. When anything ever came up, she was sure to give me advance notice. I'm planning a move and our schedules didn't line up as well anymore for full time services but I know that I can still depend on her if she says she's available!
