About Mary

I love caring for children, animals, and homes. I want to work with kids in a home environment because that is where I shine. I'd describe my personality as dependable, compassionate, and communicative. I like working with kids because they are inherently good and wise. Children have a lot to offer to the world. I have made it my mission to learn as much as I can about caring for them before I have my own. I'm looking for a job that allows me to feel like I can be myself, and caring for children will allow me to do that. I started working with kids when I graduated college and the pandemic hit. In my spare time, I like to go outdoors, play with my 3 dogs, paint, read books, and walk around downtown. One thing you should know about me is I am a visual and musical artist. I have always loved expressing myself and if you would like, I can teach art and music to your kids! My skills include having patience, being a leader, and decision making in tough moments.
