About Mary Lou

Hi there! My name is Mary, and I am seeking a position as a senior companion/caregiver. I have over 20 years of experience in both the senior care and childcare industries. I have worked for several families in the MetroWest area, and have built longstanding professional relationships with all. For many of my elderly clients, I start in a companion role, including assisting with errands, transportation, and meal preparation. As my clients' needs increase, I am capable of transitioning to a more involved caregiver role, including assisting with basic medical needs, bathing/dressing, and the activities of daily living. In both roles, I am passionate about helping my clients keep their dignity and independence as long as possible.
