To start, I'd like to bring my own 3-year-old daughter to work with me, as socialization with other children and being with my daughter in the day are the main selling points for working over staying home with her. If that is an issue, I 100% respect that but we wont be a good fit. I haven't yet held a paid position in childcare, but I have been a SAHM for 3 years, and I'm comfortable caring for one child between the ages of 0-6. I will follow your lead on communication and parenting decisions/style, regardless of my daughter's presence. She is respectful and polite (for a toddler!), and is pretty well behaved. In any case we will adapt to your household. I am happy to take on other tasks such as light housekeeping and running errands here and there. I hope we will be a good fit for a family or two out there somewhere.
