About Max

Hi there, my name is Max. I'm a full-time theater teacher previously at Academy. I manage a classroom, create theater-based lesson plans that inspire young actors, and produce and direct a school show (K-4th Grade). I began teaching when I was 16 and interned at a children's theater. At the theater, my job was to foster a safe and creative environment where kids could use storytelling as a means of discovery (ages 6-12). In college, I had the opportunity of working at a summer camp. I was required to provide non-stop entertainment and maintain high energy for the kids. During my second summer at the camp, I was promoted to Tween Program Coordinator. I was excepted to plan and organize programs for kids ages 10-13 y/. I created my own drama and creative writing program during this time. I'm organized, creative, and a fantastic communicator. Looking forward to hearing from you Max
