About Maya

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, cheerful, and dependable. I like working with kids because it allows me to show my creativity, it gives me new perspectives, and it brings true joy, love, and laughter to my day! I'm looking for a nanny job that will allow me to work with parents in hopes to ease the workload of raising children. I will aid in cleaning, meal preparation, instruction, laundry, and hopefully bring a little joy and ease into the kids and parents day:) I started working with kids when I was in elementary school in a church nursery, which continued into high school, and in college in a global outreach program for Sunday school at a church for refugee families! I began babysitting at the age of 13, and then I was a nanny for three different families in the summer of 2024. In my spare time, I like to read, do yoga, go on walks, and spend time with family and friends:) My skills include communication, patience, and organization.
