About Mcailin

I'm fresh off a season working at Smuggler's Notch as a snowboard instructor! At Smuggs, I worked with folks of all ages, but primarily with 3- 13-year-olds. I love working with children! It's so rewarding to be a crucial part of a child's growth and development. It's also a fun challenge to release my inner child! I've worked with kids since I was I 14. I was a swim instructor/lifeguard for 5 years. I have also worked on a few coaching staffs throughout the years! Growing up, my mom nannied and I would help her on several occasions. I have also nannied on my own for about a year in CO. I worked for the loveliest family and helped care for their newborn. Throughout my experience, I have learned to exhibit patience, effective communication, and problem solving skills. I'm looking for a job that I look forward to going to everyday! It's important to me that my time is valued and that I leave feeling fulfilled. In my spare time, I love to read, cook, draw, and spend time outdoors!
