Hi my name is Megan and I am 19 years old. I am doing online college for Financing so very flexible with my own school schedule. As a caregiver with 2 year's of experience, I'm passionate about supporting families and providing reliable childcare. I am very attentive and have provided care for special needs babies and older children as well. My calm and friendly nature helps create a nurturing environment for children. I prioritize open communication with parents, using their preferred method to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure children's safety and well-being.
