About Megan

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, ambitious & patient. I like working with kids because they just are who they are! They find joy in the simple things in life- working with kids inspires me to remain present and enjoy the small things. I'm looking for a job that is a loving environment! I am focused on building my career with an exciting start up but until it picks up- I am part time. I have had 9+ years career experience in retail + hospitality management and it has left me burnt out. I am searching for part time opportunities that will bring more positivity into my life :) I started working with kids when I was in high school! In my spare time, I like to read, go on walks around the city, go to museums, see live music. One thing you should know about me is that I have lupus, and am very dedicated to taking care of myself! Most days are a fighting battle, but I am very positive about my healing journey :) My skills include communication, patience, attention.
