Megan worked as a full time Nanny for us whilst we lived in Newport Beach, from April 2021 to October 2022. During this time, she looked after our 4 boys; aged 11, 4, 2 and newborn. Megan's responsibilities included diaper changes, school drop offs/pick ups, taking the children out, accompanying us on day trips, cooking for the children, and assisting with bath/bedtime routines. She immediately established a bond with the boys, and very quickly became part of the family. Her approach has always been friendly/encouraging, but she is also able to be firm when needed, which worked really well for our boys, who can be known to test the boundaries. She proved trustworthy, hardworking, patient, reliable and attentive, and was left in sole charge of the boys on a regular basis. Megan stayed level-headed and calm in stressful situations, and had an excellent understanding of each of the boys' individual needs & personalities.
