About Megan

Hi! My name is Megan I have wanted to work with children since I was a child. I babysat and tutored many children in the area where we lived. I moved out to CA from KY and was put as a teacher's assistant in my high school. I fell in love with children with special needs and decided that I was going to be a special education teacher. I got my Child and Adolescent Studies degree at CSUF, where I worked in the Children's Center on campus for 4. 5 years. While there, I realized that preschool was the job for me. It was fast paced, fun, and challenging. For the next 13 years, I spent most of my time teaching toddlers. 2-year-olds are my jam. I left preschool during COVID to stay home with my kids and went back to work a year later as an Instructional Aide in a high school. My entire life has been dedicated to helping children become the best versions of themselves. I am patient, kind, and understanding and I am looking for an opportunity to help you.
