About Megan

Hello! I am an experienced babysitter and have worked with children since the 6th grade. I started off then mommy sitting, and helping watch kids so there mothers could get things done around the house. That summer I worked for a children s party planning company with large groups of kids. From this point I have babysat a range of children from infants, twins, toddlers and preteens. On top of that I taught children swim lessons as a lifeguard for three years before entering college. I am currently CPR/lifeguard certified and know how to handle emergency situations. Besides that basic background, when I watch kids I like to get them up and doing things. I think that technology kills kids imaginations and it is a lot more fun to watch them when they are creating or doing something. I grew up in a neighborhood where we would run around and play games with kids down the street so I like to bring that energy to the kids I babysit.
