ROTATING AVAILABILITY GREAT FOR ONE-TIME, OCCASIONAL + AS NEEDED SITS! In Fall 2020 I made a career switch to working with animals. I am a Vet Assistant. I love children and animals and feel that my passion for healthcare can only add to level of care I provide. I previously managed a home healthcare agency for children and adults with developmental disabilities. I have come to feel very comfortable working with disabilities. I have been caregiving since the beginning of my career and learned how to be patient, how to communicate effectively with people of all ages/abilities, and how to authentically connect with those I care for. All anyone wants, children and pets included, is to feel heard and loved. My hobbies include sports, nature, reading, languages, animals, yoga and music. I love to learn and love to see kiddos learn too. I typically work M-F with one Saturday morning per month. I receive the next month's schedule on the 15th of the previous month.

Meg was great when we interviewed and the first two times she watched my children. The kids seemed to like her. Then she no call/ no show on the next time she was supposed to provide care for my kids. She never answered my calls or texts or even messages here on care.com. I asked for feedback about why so I could adjust my communication but ZERO response. It put me in a really rough spot as far getting my work done. Just a word of warning- I’m sure she is great but you may get stranded!
