I like caring for seniors because they have carried the weight of caring for others all their lives, so I feel its their turn to be shown all the love back. I'm looking for a job that gives me purpose, that fulfills the needs of others, along with allowing me to take care of my family. I started caring for seniors when I went through a life changing event more than 20 yrs ago. My family was hit by a drunk driver. That day changed my life forever. I knew from that moment that I wanted to be able to help others. In my spare time, I like to make organic face & body oils. massage oil candles. Spend quality family time cuddle my pups, and work in the garden. One thing you should know about me is that I love deep! I am a very caring, compassionate, very dedicated, hard worker. Melinda was an AMAZING caregiver for my Mom! She was always very professional, always on time, and most of all, she is a very gentle and sweet person. I asked my Mom to describe her and she said that Melinda was always very attentive to her needs and kind. This is so important to us in a caregiver...that they treat our family member with respect. And she most definitely did. She was willing to help however needed, including helping my mom get her exercises in so she would get stronger. I would hire her again and recommend her highly! We are grateful for her service to our family.
