We have had the pleasure of having Melissa as our nanny for the past two years, starting when our daughter was just four months old. We absolutely LOVE her. Her impact on our daughter’s development has been nothing short of remarkable. Thanks to Melissa's nurturing and engaging approach, our daughter’s communication skills and independence are outstanding. At just two years old, she speaks in full sentences, confidently knows her numbers from 1 to 20, as well as her colors, shapes, and the alphabet, milestones we fully credit to Melissa’s patience and guidance.. We’re also thrilled to share that she is fully potty trained. Melissa ensures that our daughter is always active and social, frequently taking her to the park where she loves playing and running with other kids. This has greatly enhanced her social skills and confidence. Although Melissa doesn't have a formal background as a private school teacher, she embodies the qualities of a private educator, providing age-appropriate educational activities that foster our daughter’s cognitive and social growth. She connects with our daughter on a personal level, helping her express her emotions and navigate social situations. In addition to her nurturing approach, Melissa is incredibly reliable and organized, maintaining a structured yet flexible routine that suits our family’s needs. We are extremely sad to lose her and are profoundly grateful for the love and support she has brought into our home since our daughter was a baby. We can’t recommend her highly enough—she is truly an exceptional nanny and has become a cherished part of our family!
