About Melissa

I'd describe my personality as: outgoing, friendly, and adaptible. I like working with kids because they are full of energy and joyful. I'm looking for a job that allows me to work with a loving family. I started working with kids when I worked part-time as a nanny while I was in college. I have also been a Big Sister with the Big Brothers/ Big sisters org. In my spare time, I like to ride my bike, walk my dogs, go to the gym, attend church and visit with family. One thing you should know about me is that I am a former registered nurse. I was born in the North but raised in the South for most of my life. My skills include I like to play all sorts of sports and games and would enjoy reading to children.
