Mercedes has been our nanny/sitter off and on for many years. She came highly recommended by my aunt who use to manage a daycare. Mercedes was one of her teachers and had worked for her for years with all different ages. So we hired her and she quickly became part of our family. I cannot praise her enough. The kids absolutely love her, she always exceeds our expectations, she's reliable, trustworthy, amazing at multi-tasking and even helped to keep ME organized, and she's been extremely flexible and accommodating with our crazy schedules (hence the off and on part). You won't be disappointed with this girl, she is a superstar!
