Mercy is the best caregiver you could ever ask for a loved one. She is as wonderful as her great name! She was a gift during a very hard time. She provided incredible, experienced and detailed care for our father. She was knowledgeable, deeply compassionate and a pleasure to have in the home. She was always dependable, punctual and caring. She went above and beyond her job description. She has decades of experience and a lovely, caring manner. It was hard to have someone new come in to our home, but Mercy became a member of our family. We don't know how we would have gotten through the struggle of caring for Dad (Parkinson's, dementia and a broken hip) without her. We can't recommend her enough.
