Meredith watched our 2 kids (2.8 and 8 yrs) for 7 months during Covid time. She was always on time and ready to engage with kids. She was great at keeping to a schedule of what she should be doing with the kids and when. She was very respectful of the family’s needs and went above and beyond to follow our instructions. She used successful tactics with our toddler’s potty training. She cared deeply about social emotional well being of the kids and incorporated mindful practices to keep the anxieties at bay. She encouraged our toddler to read. She always gave us an update at the end if the day. She is a kind, compassionate individual and any family would be lucky to have her as a caregiver.
