Mia has been working for my family since she was 15. She started as a Mothers helper and then naturally became my kids caregiver. She is warm, caring, compassionate and an all around wonderful person. My kids adored her. She went out of her way to care about their safety and well-being, engagement and interaction and cooked healthy and nutritious meals (snuck in veggies and fruits)! She has fantastic communication skills as well as being 100% reliable and professional. She is THE BEST. Any family would be lucky to have her .
