Dear Sir or Madam: The purpose of this letter is to provide a recommendation for Mian as a nanny through Care.com. I am an English Language Arts teacher in High School and had Mian as a student in my English 10AP course. I have known Mian since 2013 and in the time that I have spent with her I have seen her I have seen her exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, drive, expressiveness, and an ability to get along well with others. I continue to be greatly impressed with Mian s friendly nature and determination to succeed. Mian is an intelligent and astute student. She consistently strives for the top and works hard to get there. Mian s personality is an integral aspect of my English class. She always contributes and shares her opinions in each class, regularly receives grades in the high nineties and applies herself on every task. Due not only to her academic prowess, but also her character, Mian is viewed as a respectable and responsible young adult by the teaching staff. Mian is trustworthy and secure in who she is, and one who has a positive, bright future ahead of her. Any teacher would gladly welcome Mian s personality and demeanor into his/her classroom! Mian is friendly with people, shows strong guidance qualities for her age, and is willing to help others when they may need it. Based on these aspects and more, Mian is well liked by her peers and has excellent people and leadership skills. These skills are well developed for such a young person and will certainly aid her as a nanny. Her willingness to listen to others and her personable, polite manner has helped her excel not only academically but socially as well. I strongly recommend Mian as a candidate for this position. Her future is boundless with her strong enthusiasm to be successful. She would be an asset to your company because she is a very amicable and dedicated person, takes her work very seriously and works to further better her life and the lives of those around her.
