About Mia

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, attentive, and energetic. I like working with kids because I love to watch them navigate their way in this world. I have adored little humans all my life and I think getting to watch them learn and grow is an honor. I am the oldest sister of 3 so I have always been used to being not only a mentor, but also a friend and playmate to kids. Making little ones happy brings me so much joy and I feel at peace when I'm discovering new things along with them. I'm a UCSC student who's looking for a job that allows me to spend time with children and really connect with them and their families. One thing you should know about me is that I will love their kids immensely if given the chance to. I will have their best interest at heart at all times. Always showing them kindness and patience, especially when needed most. I am responsible and wonderful at dealing with conflict. I will respect any concerns or rules that parents have for their children.
