About Micaiah

Hello I have many years of experience and practiced discipline when it comes to cooking, cleaning, personal care, and generally creating a good atmosphere with well-being. My hope is to find a job that gives me meaning and enhances my skills. I would prefer to serve an older gentleman, be able to build a positive relationship, and increase his quality of life. I have not had any paid experience caretaking in this area as of yet, although I have quite a bit of caretaking experience in other arenas. Firstly, my grandfather has dementia and I have been able to spend an awesome time with him. Understanding where he's at, communication, and support have always been very good. I have also been a camp counselor for three years and am the oldest of five boys that I have been very involved in caring for.
