About Michaela

I am a certified EMT, Health Coach, and Yoga Teacher. I love creating healthy meals for myself and my family, as well as teaching healthy cooking habits to my health coaching clients. I have 9 little cousins that I adore and am lucky to have spent time with at a various of stages of their lives. I volunteered as a peer mentor with children for 3 years in high school, I've worked in a pediatric ER, as well as a holistic mental health clinic facility for all ages. I love creating fun games and environments for the kids I babysit, and keeping them active and off of screens as much as I can. I am a holistic-centered person so my personal mission is to help the next generations grow up as healthy mentally and physically as possible, with healthy eating habits, active lifestyles, and creative activities.
