Hey there! My name is Michelle! I recently quit my full time job to pursue interior design, and in the meantime, have stepped back into the world of childcare. With 4 years of previous childcare experience, my creative nature helps me connect with children easily, and allows me to make learning and play time fun! I believe in open communication with parents and will use your preferred method to discuss your child's day or any concerns that arise. With managerial experience in my previous role, I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, and conflict resolution. I look forward to getting to know your family and helping your children thrive!
