July 11, 2014 To Whom It May Concern: It is my pleasure to write a letter of reference for Michelle. I had the pleasure of working with Michelle at a non-profit counseling agency, The Center for Families in Shreveport, Louisiana. During my working relationship with Michelle I observed her displaying professionalism, commitment to our agency and the clients we served, and great motivation to help create an enjoyable work environment and sense of teamwork. Michelle worked diligently to ensure the counseling center had updated social media, professional and eye catching annual business reports, and all other forms of written documentation. In addition, Michelle displayed extreme sensitivity and commitment to the clients we served. The first person many of our clients interfaced with was Michelle, and she did an excellent job making people feel respected and comfortable. This ability to make clients feel at ease comes from Michelle's natural ability to make others feel comfortable and excepted. This aspect of Michelle's personality makes her a joy to be around. Michelle consistently showed a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing her customer's quality product, regardless of the task. Additionally, Michelle was a great team member in problem solving issues at the counseling center, and following through with solutions. On a personal note, Michelle provided a very positive energy in the work place. Being a professional counselor I encountered several challenging situations, and on more than one occasions Michelle displayed compassion and encouragement to me.
