About Michelle

Hello! I'm Michelle - I'm 44 years old and a certified Home Health Aide. I have assisted elderly clients in both homes and facility settings- clients with moderate and no cognitive issues, through clients with severe medical, dementia and/or hospice needs. I am trained to provide full ADL (hygiene, appropriate medical) care. I understand & highly value the importance of maximizing independence & maintaining dignity while ensuring safety & good hygiene. I aim to provide respectful, client & family-led care. I am also organized and efficient when it comes to medication management and housework as well. I would be happy to answer any questions and to provide references and Cori check upon request :) Additionally, I am covid vaccinated and boosted.
