I'm always trying to stay positive and always trying to look at the best of every situation. I had worked in an office environment for many years, but currently, I have taken time off to care for my son. I'm very outgoing, laid back, but can be serious when I have to. As a kid growing up with a big extended family, I had the awesome opportunity to have a lot of cousins. When I would spend time with my family as a teen, we were responsible for the little ones under us! It taught me great responsibility through the years as a child that came into my adult life. I'm great with kids of all ages, although you learn something new everyday, being a mom has taught me so much more about how to take care of children in general.

We are so grateful to have Michelle as a backup care provider. She's awesome with our 1 year old as well as our 3 year old. She's provided full time care for up to two children at a time for us. Michelle is an experienced, skilled and engaged nanny. She is punctual, communicative, and most importantly- provided loving, safe, and interactive care for our children. I also appreciate her flexibility. You can hire Michelle with a sense of comfort that your children are with a trustworthy care provider.
